So, it has come to the light of the modern society. If before one officer in ministerial level can work with an old system using traditional complex method of typing. But, today we have come to society that poses to the used of many computerised gadgets and come to the point that officers level must have skill background for any post at skilled background for any post at the administration or executives level.
Will we take an example from Land and Survey Department of Sarawak, the officer and consultant that they using is from SAINS. At first, the engage in technological gadget and the second, they tied the officer from SAINS to be a Section Head. All, but when happening is there was a good rumors that when their contract was expired , they will return this officers back to them. Off course, but at least there was a good step to recruit our own staff to dealing with any technological shortcomings. Any, but by depending so much to SAINS service but at the time they needed for trouble shooting they will of course wants a payment and but the service rendered is slowed due to priority- cossy but slows.
As for takeaway from this article, as for this ministry or department might have not rely so much to SAINS service but in fact thereto has recruited their own staff to dealing with this matter as to one way step in to reduce cost and dependencies. It is good point to realized that our own staff is good to be recruited so they can have a focus to solve the problem in ministry or department itself. Second is if all SAINS officer are about to be recruited by by ministries and of agency then Datuk Teo will have to loose their credible staff also.
