What Possible Candidate to be recruited ? : A Scenario for Ministerial level at Sarawak State


One would not wander if the past story is used as a standard to determine suitable candidate to be recruited. Few will say they are agree because it stand for any post, but for general. The workflows is there but the workers is just as ineffective as to work their post's. Now, lets take a glance on this:

1. What skills that they have to be integrated by this ministry?
-negotiation, consultation and of course writing skills
-computer skills as to the core business in this ministry if they are involved with negotiation, consultation and mapping services. 

2. What capacity that they can be used?
-One may doubt that the graduates form Information Technology background can work as Land Officer or Administrial post. Wonder but, today we talk about anyone to the post of Admin Officer, they might opt to know how to use modern gadget and software's, all but cost to train them.
- As compared to the graduates from other disciplines like social science, will there will unfairly to replace any post meant to them just for the sake of given the opportunity for this Information Technology or Engineering course whereas a number of them already suit for the post's. Else, we have to just close the social sciences at nationwide so that no expertise will be used for science social and they will swift to teach technical courses at university level so every technical graduate student can working right after their graduation. 

3. What would you think the Information Technology graduates will have?
-They may be as good as fast learner to the every high technology introduced to be used by their respective ministry, all but wonder if the fails in the art of negotiation and consultation as compared to social science graduates. 

4. What tools and software that is universally used to work and the way they work at this levels.
- Let's take a glance from our Native Customary Right(NCR) core business for example, one may have to understand and be able to use as simple as Microsoft Office 2007, any mapping gadget and but the integration in using the latest mapping software such as ArcGIS 10, Erdas Imagine and AutoCAD 2013.
- As to the flowchart of work procedures, normally they will work steaming from planning, managing and maintaining where they can be as good as to the expected levels.

One might not wander if anyone suitable for the any post is the one who must have 2-3 years experience in the same capacity, not just be able to use high technology software but be able to converse effectively and a motivative workers with proven records.
